COLUMBIA, Mo. • There's more change coming to Missouri's football staff under new coach Barry Odom.
Multiple sources confirmed that longtime strength and conditioning coach Pat Ivey will not return under Odom. Ivey, a former MU defensive lineman and vital staff member under former coach Gary Pinkel the last 11 years, has been the Tigers' primary strength coach since 2005 and in 2011 was promoted to associate athletics director for athletic performance and was responsible for overseeing the strength and conditioning programs for all of MU's varsity sports. Ivey earned his doctorate in sports psychology in 2013.
