In what’s shaping up to be a pivotal game for the Southeastern Conference’s East division, Missouri will play Kentucky in a night game Oct. 14 in Lexington.

The game will kick off at either 6 p.m. on ESPN or 6:30 p.m. on the SEC Network. ESPN will decide which slot the Tigers and Wildcats receive after this week’s games: No. 21 Mizzou plays No. 23 Louisiana State while No. 20 Kentucky plays No. 1 Georgia.

The other game in consideration for the Oct. 14 prime time slot on ESPN is Auburn-LSU, which suggests that the winner of Missouri-LSU will take the field on national television.
