Mizzou softball hitting coach leaves to join Tennessee

After a phenomenal season that saw the Tiger softball team make a Super Regional, Mizzou hitting coach Chris Malveaux is moving to Tennessee, and will retain the same role, according to Justin’s World of Softball.

PowerMizzou.com and KOMU 8 Sports’ Ben Arnet later confirmed the report.

Malveaux will join a Lady Volunteers squad that 42-15 last season, but just 12-11 in SEC play.
