Mizzou notes: Howard, Tigers hope to rediscover swings

COLUMBIA, MO. • Up until a couple of weeks ago, every time Missouri baseball coach Tim Jamieson filled out his lineup card he considered this his best collection of hitters in four, maybe five years.

“But it’s a projection,” he said this week. “It’s not reality right now.”
