BOSTON — Missouri and Boston College have played more than 250 seasons of college football combined but never on the same field on the same day. That changes Saturday when the Eagles (3-0) host Mizzou (2-1) at Alumni Stadium, a clash of two programs that have more in common over the last 20 years than most of MU’s more traditional matchups.
Since 2000, Boston College has won 154 games, appeared in 16 bowls, played in two ACC championship games (both losses) and finished five seasons ranked in the AP Top 25 while producing 45 NFL draft picks, including 10 first-rounders.
