Barry Odom is back in the market for a defensive assistant. Cornerbacks coach Greg Brown will take over as the new secondary coach at Auburn, Auburn coach Gus Malzahn announced Saturday.
Brown spent just one year on Mizzou's staff, coming to MU from Louisville. Brown's departure is not a big surprise considering he's frequently changed jobs during his career — Auburn will be his seventh school since the start of the 2010 season — but the staff didn't expect Brown to leave for another college staff this offseason, a source said.
