COLUMBIA, MO. • After an unexpected dose of offseason attrition, Missouri landed an offensive lineman that might provide immediate depth for the upcoming season. Kyle Mitchell, a 6-5, 310-pounder from American River College in Sacramento, Calif., committed to Mizzou on Wednesday, he announced on Twitter.
Mitchell, originally from Fair Oaks, Calif., played left tackle for American River College last season as a freshman. He'll be eligible to play at MU immediately.
