With two available scholarships while grazing what's left of the 2019 recruiting class, Cuonzo Martin landed a longtime target on Tuesday.
Kobe Brown, a 6-7, three-star forward from Huntsville, Ala., committed to MU during a ceremony at Lee High School. Brown signed with Texas A&M last fall but opened his recruitment after the school fired Billy Kennedy. Mizzou was one of his top choices in the fall and stayed on his radar when he considered new options this spring.
In recent weeks he narrowed his choices to MU, Vanderbilt, Minnesota and Penn State. Wednesday marks the final day of the NCAA's spring signing period for 2019 basketball recruits.
