Mizzou honing in on Michigan offensive coordinator to fill their OC vacancy

After losing offensive coordinator Kirby Moore to a head coaching vacancy at Washington State, Missouri has now turned their sights to a hiring new OC from the Big Ten.

According to Matt Zenitz, Michigan offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey is emerging as the top candidate for Mizzou. Lindsey had previous stints with North Carolina and UCF before joining the Wolverines' staff last year.

Eli Drinkwitz finds his new offensive coordinator

After losing Moore, Drinkwitz indicated he would look to hire someone with plenty of experience for his new OC. He also lamented the lack of success in the passing game for the Tigers in 2025, and would be looking for someone who can reverse their struggles in that area of the offense.
