October is here, and it is arguably the best month of the year. October is the only month where all four major professional sports are ongoing, with college football in full swing, and college basketball also right around the corner.
In the state of Missouri, the St. Louis Blues started the 2019-20 season last night by raising their Stanley Cup Championship banner, while the St. Louis Cardinals start their postseason run in the NLDS against the Atlanta Braves tonight. On the west side of the state, the Kansas City Chiefs are also full-tilt into their season, currently sitting undefeated at 4-0, and considered a Super Bowl contender.
