Meanwhile, down the highway a little ways from my college exploits, Norm Stewart led his last Missouri Tiger team into Lawrence and Phog Allen Fieldhouse and walked out with a 71-63 win over the 19th ranked Jayhawks.
That game, where Brian Grawer scored 16 points and Albert White chipped in 15, was the last time a Missouri team won in Lawrence.
