Something about this latest Mizzou Gymnastics season has got me quoting Taylor Swift often. Since I couldn’t exactly quote Exile again (“I think I’ve seen this film before, and I didn’t like the ending” was used already this season vs. UK), I had to search to find something suitable to capture not only the delay of this preview (TS opens the Eras Tour movie with this line, “It’s been a long time comin’”) but also the moment that was the ending of Mizzou’s season in the Sweet 16, one place shy of making the national championship.
