Mizzou’s Pro Day came and went with the typical fanfare (well, the typical “Mizzou doesn’t have a top-round pick this year” fanfare, anyway).
While Marcell Frazier was fine, and former safety Anthony Sherrils was as fast as we would have expected, J’Mon Moore’s speed was probably the biggest headliner of the day.
Moore was the only Mizzou player invited to this year’s Senior Bowl and the NFL scouting combine. At the combine in Indianapolis Moore was clocked at 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash, which ranked 32nd among the 38 receivers timed at the combine.
