Former Mizzou QB Chase Daniel reacts to buzz surrounding offensive coordinator job

Mizzou offensive coordinator Kirby Moore was hired as the head coach at Washington State on Thursday, kicking off the Tigers' search for his replacement.

There's already been numerous names thrown around for potential candidates. From splash hires like Bobby Petrino, to fast-rising coordinators like Garrett Riley, all the way over to some possible internal hires, there's been no shortage of options.

One other name thrown out was former Missouri quarterback Chase Daniel. Daniel, who played four seasons for the Tigers, was also a 14- year NFL veteran before retiring in 2023 to join the broadcasting world.
