COLUMBIA, MO. • Weeks before Missouri and Oklahoma State became eligible for the postseason, bowl projections started putting both teams in Memphis for New Year’s Eve, a reunion on multiple levels in the Liberty Bowl. A Tigers-Cowboys clash would bring together two old rivals from the Big Eight and Big 12 days — and reunite the Odom family.
Brad is oldest of the three Odom brothers. Middle brother Barry is Missouri’s head coach. Youngest brother Brian coaches the Tigers’ outside linebackers. Brad lives and dies with every game his brothers coach, like he’s right there with them on the sideline.
