Aggies' size too much for Tigers in SEC clash

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS • Missouri couldn’t get started on the offensive end and had no answer for Texas A&M’s corps of 6-10 forwards in Saturday’s 60-49 loss at Reed Arena. The Tigers took a brief one-point lead early in the second half but spent most of the day fighting from behind against the rare opponent that features more size in the frontcourt.

Mizzou (13-6, 3-3 SEC) had trouble combatting 6-10 forwards Tyler Davis (11 points, 14 rebounds) and Robert Williams (13 points, nine rebounds) and looked just as helpless against 6-10 Tonny Trocha-Morelos, who led the Aggies with 14 points, mostly on jumpers from the perimeter.
