COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri football has transitioned from carrying loads of concrete under the Caribbean sun to grinding away in the program’s weight room. The ramp-up to the 2025 season has begun for the Tigers with an emphasis on strength and conditioning.
After the end of spring practices and the spring semester, Mizzou gave its players a couple of weeks off, allowing them to return to their hometowns for a bit.
“Guys get back home, get a chance to recharge their batteries — at least turn their brains off for a little bit,” defensive coordinator Corey Batoon said earlier this week.
