Missouri Suspends QB Maty Mauk After Video Surfaces Of Him Snorting Cocaine

The Missouri Tigers announced they have suspended quarterback Maty Mauk indefinitey after this video surfaced of him appearing to do a line of cocaine:

New Missouri head coach Barry Odom and athletic director Mack Rhoades announced the suspension in a joint statement.

A teammate told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the video is two years old and that Mauk has cleaned up his act since then.

This is Mauk's second suspension in six months. He missed the final eight games of the season for a violation of team rules, but Mizzou never specified what rule Mauk broke. Mauk was reinstated by Odom in December with the intent of him being the Tigers' starting quarterback next season.

Mauk has played 28 games in his career, passing for 4,373 yards, 42 touchdowns, and 19 interceptions while running for 747 yards and four more touchdowns.
