New rules under the Springfield-Greene County "Road to Recovery" order were released on Wednesday that will allow more places to re-open for Memorial Day.

As far as sports are concerned, non-contact sports practices and activities will be allowed with a 25% occupancy limitation based on the square footage of a fixed seating spectator area.

Non-contact practices of contact sports will be allowed with no more than 25 people coordinated in stable, separated groups.

When the third phase begins on June 15, occupancy limitations for non-contact sports and practices will be raised to a 50% occupancy limitation based on the square footage of a fixed seating spectator area.
