Following Missouri State's hire of Amaka Agugua-Hamilton as the new coach of the Lady Bears, some attention will go to whether or not she will keep MSU legend and assistant coach Jackie Stiles on the staff.
"We've had a conversation and she does have some opportunities," Agugua-Hamilton said at her introductory press conference on Wednesday. "I'm not exactly sure where that stands, but she knows that I'm interested and that there is a spot for her on my staff."
Missouri State Athletics Director Kyle Moats declined in a one-on-one interview with the News-Leader to address specific in-house or external candidates who were interviewed or not interviewed for the job.
