When Jaden Johnson saw Missouri State hired Bobby Petrino as its next football coach, he started to think about becoming a Bear.
The four-star quarterback out of high school had just redshirted a season at Southern Miss and he didn't think he was going to get the opportunities he was promised. He thought the Bears' new head coach could help him reach his ultimate goal of being the best player he could be.
Johnson then started to research the school. He took virtual tours and liked what he saw in the university's psychology program.
