What we learned in Mizzou football's 41-34 overtime loss at Boston College

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Missouri's first overtime game of Eli Drinkwitz's tenure lasted one Tigers' offensive play.

Connor Bazelak went for a game-tying throw to Keke Chism, who was double covered on the play. The ball was caught, by Brandon Sebastian, an Eagles' defensive back.

Boston College beat Missouri 41-34 after one overtime. Tigers' kicker Harrison Mevis sent the game to overtime with a 56-yard field goal as time expired.

Missouri didn't trail until midway through the third quarter, but never led by more than a touchdown, as Boston College tied the game on three separate occasions.
