A slow start to both the first and a four-point second half doomed the Logan-Rogersville girls' chances at advancing to a state title game.
Logan-Rogersville was defeated by Lincoln College Prep 40-18 on Friday evening in a Class 4 state semifinal game at JQH Arena.
Rogersville will play in a third-place game Saturday at noon.
Logan-Rogersville couldn't anything going six and a half minutes into the game as Lincoln College Prep started the game on an 11-0 run.
