The Missouri State women’s soccer team fell to Little Rock tonight, 1-0. Little Rock midfielder, Jaclyn Purvine, scored the only goal of the game in the 26th minute.

“We were tired,” Missouri State head coach Rob Brewer said. “We weren’t at our best or sharpest, and it just showed the first half.”

This was the first loss of the season for the Bears as they move to 3-1 on the season. This was the Bears fourth game in eight days.

“We’ve accepted a tough challenge playing a lot of games early here in August,” Brewer said.
