With each passing win, the Lady Bears' dream of hosting the NCAA Tournament at JQH Arena is getting closer to becoming a reality.
Missouri State (23-3, 13-1) took care of Indiana State (4-23, 2-13) with an 82-58 win at JQH Arena on Sunday afternoon while other nationally-ranked programs lost around the country.
Teams who are selected by the NCAA's Top 16 Committee will have an opportunity to host the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament at their home floor. The Lady Bears appear to be one of the teams fighting for a Top 16 selection at season's end.
