The Missouri State Ice Bears are the team that never gives up.
You can see it on the ice, when they’re down by one in the 2nd period, and they’re looking for ways to tie it up.
And then they do.
Despite a 5-4 loss to the University of Colorado on Oct. 6, the Ice Bears showed they know how to battle.
In fact, the Bears battled back from a 1-0 deficit in the 2nd period. A goal from junior forward Travis Barrett tied it up for the Bears. Then, sophomore forward Hunter Saunders slapped in a shot of his own, putting them in the lead for the first time of the game.
