Wednesday marks the opening of training camp for the Missouri State football team, the second under coach Dave Steckel. The Bears went 1-10 in the first season under the coach known as Stec.
The News-Leader's Bears reporter Jim Connell caught up with him in his office in the Forsythe Athletic Center on the MSU campus, to get his thoughts on looking back to last season and looking ahead to 2016. Stec was his usual unfiltered self in talking about expectations on his players, himself and the coaching staff, and everyone around the program.
