Single game to decide Bears' NCAA Regional

Missouri State’s baseball reason rests with the fate of nine innings.

The Bears are set to play Arkansas in a decisive NCAA Regional game at 6 p.m. Monday in Fayetteville. Each team has one loss in Regional play, so one game will decide which team advances to the round of 16 teams, and which team’s season ends on the spot.

Missouri State won a Saturday game against Arkansas 5-4 on a winning run from Blake Graham and a two-inning save by relief pitcher Jake Fromson.

Arkansas answered with an 11-10 win in a game that started at 9:10 p.
