An ugly start forced the Missouri State football team to close out the season with a 37-0 loss to Northern Iowa.
The Panthers struck early, scoring a field goal after Bears quarterback Peyton Huslig fumbled the ball on his first offensive possession of the game. Two drives later, UNI racked up a touchdown.
In total, the Panthers scored on seven drives and punted on six.
The MSU defense spent most of the time on the field since UNI had over 35 minutes of possession in the game.
Juniors Angelo Garbutt and McNeece Egbim had 11 tackles apiece.
