Anthony Riley Jr. gained more than two miles of ground in high school.
The 2016 Parkview High School graduate and all-state running back returned to Springfield for what he hopes will be a strong college football career at Evangel University. Riley initially signed to play at Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois, but has since transferred to Evangel to play for the Crusaders. Since he redshirted at Quincy, he holds four years of playing eligibility.
“I missed home. I plan to do the best I can. I’ve got a long summer, I plan to work out. I’m going to be here with the team.
