Monday night storms including a possible tornado damaged Lucas Oil Speedway so severely that a weekend race will be postponed.
The Show-Me 100 is the "crown jewel event for dirt Late Models," according to a news release from the track.
A "crown jewel" event means it's one of the five or six biggest races of the year in the country. About 7,000 fans attended the final night of the three-night event last year, with total attendance exceeding 13,000.
