Parkview didn't have the highest expectations heading into the 2020-21 season and the Vikings are proving a lot of people wrong.
The Vikings continued to surprise with a 57-40 win over Glendale on Saturday evening in the first round of the Blue Division at the 2020 Blue and Gold Tournament.
Expectations for the Vikings were down — especially after star player Trevon Brazile, a Mizzou commit, moved into the Kickapoo zone and joined a loaded Chiefs program.

Instead of folding, a young Parkview team, led by Landon Cornish, has started the season by knocking off teams including Logan-Rogersville, Ozark and Glendale.
