Parkview football won't have a game for the next two weeks due to a recent COVID-19 exposure that resulted in quarantine for individuals associated with the program.

Springfield Public Schools said in a news release Wednesday afternoon that in order to comply with quarantine guidelines and to ensure the health and well-being of spectators, the Parkview games scheduled through Sept. 15 have been canceled.

Parkview (0-3) was scheduled to play a home game against Kickapoo on Friday before a road trip to Rolla the next week. The Vikings' next game is scheduled for Oct. 2 at Glendale.
