After hitting a pair of 3's in the first three minutes against Sierra Canyon, the Trailblazers had to adjust to make sure Parkview guard Brandon Corley didn't get hot.
Instead of giving Corley open looks, Sierra Canyon decided to have Bronny James, the son of NBA superstar LeBron James, faceguard him. Those were Corley's only two points of the game.
He smiled afterward.
"It was an amazing experience," Corley said. "Having Bronny guard me is just crazy. I never thought I would play on the same court as him."
That was only one bit of respect the Vikings earned in a 63-46 loss to Sierra Canyon (California) in the first round of the 2022 Bass Pro Tournament of Champions.
