Mike Bibby sat in a gray sweatsuit in the stands at the Hammons Student Center on Wednesday afternoon as he watched over his basketball team.
He didn't look like the 6-foot-2, 190-pound skinny point guard who shined once at the University of Arizona before becoming a star in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings.
This was a different-looking Bibby. Of course, it's the one who went viral for putting on a bunch of muscle, but it's also one who is focused on making his players the best they can be.
Bibby is in town for the 2019 Bass Pro Tournament of Champions and is the head coach of Shadow Mountain High School from Phoenix.
