Valparaiso, Ind. -- Paul Lusk’s assessment of Missouri State’s performance at Valparaiso on Saturday afternoon could be boiled down to two simple words.
“Everybody struggled.”
Missouri State could never find a rhythm on offense as Valparaiso held the Bears to a season-low for points in a 74-45 blowout at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
The Bears came into the game averaging more than 70 points a game but were limited to shooting just 32.1 percent from the field and 1-10 from the 3-point line. Juco transfer Dequon Miller was the only player to hit double figures with 12 points.
