Ozark was replaced by Pattonville, who jumped from unranked to No. 8 in Class 5. Pattonville defeated previously Class 6 No. 1 Kirkwood in a 41-35 thriller.
No Springfield city teams were ranked in the Top 10 this week.
Webb City and Lamar both won their Week 4 contests, so they still sit atop Class 4 and Class 2 respectively.
