Missouri State introduced Amaka Agugua-Hamilton as its next women's basketball coach at a press conference Wednesday afternoon at the Prime Overtime Club at JQH Arena.
MSU President Clif Smart and Athletics Director Kyle Moats introduced the new head coach in front of a crowded room full of notable faces in the Missouri State athletics community and several fans.
"Today is a new day for Lady Bear basketball," Moats said. "A historic one on a number of fronts. We're hiring a seasoned veteran on a number of fronts who has earned the right to be a head coach.
