NCAA Tournament: 5 things to know before MSU Lady Bears take on DePaul

The Missouri State Lady Bears are set to take on No. 24 DePaul in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

The game tips off at 2:30 p.m. at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa, on the campus of Iowa State University.

Missouri State beat Drake in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament championship to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. A win on Saturday would be the program's first since the 2001 Elite Eight.

With a win, Missouri State would advance to the second round and would play Monday against the winner of Saturday evening's matchup between Iowa State and New Mexico State.
