For the fourth time in program history, the Missouri State softball team won a game in the NCAA Tournament.
Missouri State's 2-0 win over Illinois kept its season alive and it will play Mizzou in an elimination game on Saturday night at Mizzou Softball Field at the Columbia Regional.
Mizzou fell to Arizona 2-0 earlier Saturday afternoon after the Tigers beat the Bears 3-1 on Friday afternoon.
