When Jared Beshore committed to Missouri State, he knew he wanted to help change the program's culture.
The team hadn't made the playoffs since 1990 but that didn't scare him away.
The junior safety wanted to make the same impact on his college team that he made on his high school team.
Before Beshore attended Lamar High School, they had zero state championships. By the time he was done, they won three straight.
"I kind of enjoyed that — being one of the ones to change the culture," Beshore said.
