Missouri State defeated Arkansas 5-4 on Saturday night in the NCAA Tournament Regional in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Bears (42-17) are now one win away from advancing to the Super Regional.
Missouri State will play again on Sunday at 8 p.m. against either Arkansas or Oral Roberts.
The Bears never trailed Saturday against Arkansas.
Leadoff hitter Hunter Steinmetz hit a home run for Missouri State in the bottom of the first inning.
Arkansas tied the game in the second inning on an RBI single from freshman Jack Kenley.
