The Missouri Valley Conference announced Tuesday that it has canceled the Lady Bears' home series against Indiana State that was scheduled for this weekend.
The series has been canceled "due to COVID-19 concerns."
A spokesperson for Missouri State said he could not tell the News-Leader anything more than what was announced by the league. It is unclear whether the COVID-19 concerns came from Missouri State or Indiana State.
The series, that was scheduled for Friday and Saturday, won't be rescheduled.
