It's been a while since there was Missouri State hoops recruiting news to report because of the coronavirus pandemic, but that changed earlier this week when the open contact period began for 2022 athletes.
Dana Ford and the men's basketball program reportedly reached out to a few new players to add to the list of 2022 athletes. With the number of graduating seniors after the 2021-22 season, the Bears' 2022 class will be a big one.
On the Lady Bears' side, there wasn't too much movement as far as 2022 athletes but Amaka Agugua-Hamilton did offer a four-star prospect who is regarded as a Top 100 player as she looks to fill a number of open spots that will be available after this season.
