Two years from now, Chloe Rear plans to play in every college town in the Missouri Valley Conference.
For now, she hopes to play volleyball once more in Cape Girardeau, site of the Missouri state championship series. Rear had six kills in Strafford’s 25-11, 25-12 home win over Skyline on Thursday night, and the team improved to 27-1-1.
“Every game our team has been starting out strong and finishing strong,” Rear said.
Strafford reached the Class 2 state championship match last season, but lost to Lutheran St. Charles 25-16, 25-20. The loss came a day after Strafford beat Lutheran St.
