This year's Show-Me Showdown will be shown to fewer people than usual.

Community R-VI Athletics said on Twitter that the Greene County Health Department told MSHSAA they are limiting gatherings due to the coronavirus. The account says there will be 150 tickets distributed to teams for the games that will be played on Missouri State University's campus.

MSHSAA has yet to make a statement and it is unclear how this will impact the remainder of games this week and next. The Community R-VI School District has a girls' high school team playing in the Class 1 State Semifinal on Thursday night.
