It has been more than three weeks since Missouri State suspended quarterback Breck Ruddick amid allegations of animal abuse.
Adam Woody, the attorney representing Ruddick, said he’s expecting movement in the case to come this week.
“Everything is sort of in limbo, to tell you the truth,” Woody said. “We’re waiting on the university to finish their investigation and come out with their findings."
An inquiry made last week to the university brought a response that “the investigation is still ongoing” and no additional updates are available.
Ruddick was ticketed by Springfield Animal Control on Sept.
