Missouri men's basketball put together quite a resume-building week.
The Tigers took down blue-blood Kentucky and survived a late comeback attempt from Southeastern Conference leader Alabama — their fourth win over a ranked team this season and third over a top-10 opponent.
That launched Missouri up eight spots to No. 10 in the latest Associated Press poll.
This marks the Tigers' first time in the top 10 since Dec. 24, 2012, and their best ranking since they were No. 7 in the country earlier that season.
Missouri received 966 overall votes — its highest total of the season — and was only three votes shy of tying No.
