After defeating Northern Iowa 1-0 on Saturday in the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, the Bears are headed to Stillwater, Oklahoma, to take on Oklahoma State in the first round of the NCAA tournament.
The game will be played on Saturday at noon.
The trip marks the second time since 1996 that Missouri State qualified for the tournament.
Missouri State started the season 5-9, but won five of their last six games to finish off their improbable run.
"The season didn't start the way we wanted it to, but the girls battled through and found a way to overcome vast amounts of adversity," Bears head coach Rob Brewer said in a press release.
