Missouri State remains winless on the road after loss at Arkansas State

Missouri State’s struggles away from JQH Arena continued Tuesday night in Arkansas.

A late 13-1 run by Arkansas State in the first half was too much for the Bears to overcome as they fell in their final non-conference road game of the season 71-63.

MSU struggled to score the entire night, shooting just 39.6 percent from the field and 20 percent from deep.

The Bears defense did its job for a majority of the first half holding ASU to zero field goals from the field for a span of over 10 minutes but they only led by two points after the stretch with 8:05 remaining in the half.
